Love Has No Labels Meditation (Pure Binaural love meditation)
Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.
Close your eyes.
Relax.
It is best to breathe in and out through your nose.
If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.
Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.
Relax.
Breathe in deeply and exhale.
Now, breathe in and out through your nose.
Focus on the air at the tip of your nose.
Breathe naturally.
As thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and bring your awareness back to your breathing at the tip of your nose.
Do this for a few to several minutes.
Imagine a ball of light the size of your thumb that embodies all the love in the universe. Imagine the ball descending down through the top of your head down into your heart. Feel the warmth.
Expand the light until it fills your body. The light cleanses your physical and non physical bodies. Let the light cleanse you for a while. Be grateful.
Expand the light further and further until it encompasses the world. Imagine this light spreading peace love and tolerance to all.
Keep visualizing the light enveloping the world with its love energy for as long as you like.

Now think of your body.

Set your intentions on being healthy and pain free.

The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time.
Imagine you are breathing this energy in through your thymus, which is located 2 inches below the V of your collar bones.
As you breath in and out, imagine healing energy flowing in and out of your thymus with each breath.
Will the healing energy to flow into you.
As you breath through your thymus, tap your thymus with your finger tips.
Continue tapping for a few minutes.
Continue to breath energy for as long as you like while periodically tapping your thymus.
