Panic Attack Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Pure Binaural, meditation, ASMR)


Panic Attack Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Pure Binaural, meditation, ASMR)

Panic attacks can be treated with psychological means and, as we all know, with the healing energy we all can learn to tap into. Proper diet and exercise is important as is a good program of meditation.

Daily Chakra balancing is also recommended.

Make a habit to periodically throughout each day, bring your attention to your breath at the tip of your nose. This will help keep you calm and centered and train you to be able to clam down and focus your attention on one thing.

This can be used when a panic attack occurs. Take some deep breaths paying attention to the breath at the tip of the nose.

You can also, if safe to do so, close your eyes to reduce stimulation. You could also add some visualization and imagine yourself in a safe peaceful place. You are just there, focusing on your breath in a peaceful, comfortable place.

The following meditation has two techniques, breath meditation (Anapanasati) followed by alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana). Breath meditation will help develop the ability to catch the initial impulses of the panic attack and to step back and not engage it. Alternate nostril meditation helps to balance the brain.

Alternate nostril breathing harmonizes and balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain and clears our energy pathways.

The overall idea is simple. Breath in through the left nostril, and then breath out through the right nostril.

Then breath in through the right nostril and then breath out through the left nostril.

Hold your breath briefly after inhalation and exhalation.

The nadis (energy channels) from the nostrils cross from the nostril to the opposite side of the brain. i.e left nostril to right side and right nostril to left side.

You will visualize and feel this energy flowing.

This meditation is like learning to tie your shoes. It seems difficult at first. However after you have done it a few times you will wonder why it seemed difficult at all.

It might also be something to try during a panic attack as it would keep you busy doing the technique and remove your focus from the attack.

Listening to this video and doing the meditations will also be helpful during a panic attack.

MEDITATIONS

Think of your body.

Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Sitting is preferred rather than lying. Lying down is OK however one is more likely to fall asleep. It is most important to keep back straight to prevent sleepiness and back strain.

Breathe in and out through the nose. Relax. Breathe in relaxation and positive energy. Breathe out tension and negative energy. Bring your awareness to your feet release all tension in your feet. Move your awareness slowly through your whole body, legs, stomach, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, head. Release the tension and relax as you breathe in and out.

Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in through your nose. As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward. Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose. Continue to breathe. As thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and bring your awareness back to your breathing.

As feelings arise note them and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Place your left hand on your knee. Palm up, with middle finger and thumb lightly touching.

With your right hand, place your index (pointer) finger and middle finger between your eyebrows.

The thumb and ring finger should be on each nostril.

Close your right nostril with your right thumb. Inhale through the left nostril slowly and steadily.

See and feel the Chi (prana) energy flowing into your left nostril and up to the right side of your brain.

Close the left nostril with your ring finger so both nostrils are held closed.

Retain your breath for a brief pause.

Open your right nostril and release the breath slowly through the right side.

See and feel the chi energy flowing from the right side of your brain through the left side of your brain and down through your right nostril.

Close right nostril so both nostrils are closed and retain your breath briefly.

Open your right nostril and inhale slowly.

See and feel the chi energy flowing into your right nostril and up to the left side of your brain.

Close right nostril so both nostrils are closed and retain your breath briefly.

Open the left nostril and exhale breath slowly.

As feelings arise note them and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Place your left hand on your knee. Palm up, with middle finger and thumb lightly touching.

With your right hand, place your index (pointer) finger and middle finger between your eyebrows.

The thumb and ring finger should be on each nostril.

Close your right nostril with your right thumb. Inhale through the left nostril slowly and steadily.

See and feel the Chi (prana) energy flowing into your left nostril and up to the right side of your brain.

Close the left nostril with your ring finger so both nostrils are held closed.

Retain your breath for a brief pause.

Open your right nostril and release the breath slowly through the right side.

See and feel the chi energy flowing from the right side of your brain through the left side of your brain and down through your right nostril.

Panic Attack Healing (Pure Binaural, meditation)

Panic attacks can be treated with psychological means and, as we all know, with the healing energy we all can learn to tap into. Proper diet and exercise is important as is a good program of meditation.

Daily Chakra balancing is also recommended.

Make a habit to periodically throughout each day, bring your attention to your breath at the tip of your nose. This will help keep you calm and centered and train you to be able to clam down and focus your attention on one thing.

This can be used when a panic attack occurs. Take some deep breaths paying attention to the breath at the tip of the nose.

You can also, if safe to do so, close your eyes to reduce stimulation. You could also add some visualization and imagine yourself in a safe peaceful place. You are just there, focusing on your breath in a peaceful, comfortable place.

The following meditation has two techniques, breath meditation (Anapanasati) followed by alternate nostril breathing (Nadi Shodhana). Breath meditation will help develop the ability to catch the initial impulses of the panic attack and to step back and not engage it. Alternate nostril meditation helps to balance the brain.

Alternate nostril breathing harmonizes and balances the left and right hemispheres of the brain and clears our energy pathways.

The overall idea is simple. Breath in through the left nostril, and then breath out through the right nostril.

Then breath in through the right nostril and then breath out through the left nostril.

Hold your breath briefly after inhalation and exhalation.

The nadis (energy channels) from the nostrils cross from the nostril to the opposite side of the brain. i.e left nostril to right side and right nostril to left side.

You will visualize and feel this energy flowing.

This meditation is like learning to tie your shoes. It seems difficult at first. However after you have done it a few times you will wonder why it seemed difficult at all.

It might also be something to try during a panic attack as it would keep you busy doing the technique and remove your focus from the attack.

Listening to this video and doing the meditations will also be helpful during a panic attack.

MEDITATIONS

Think of your body.

Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Sitting is preferred rather than lying. Lying down is OK however one is more likely to fall asleep. It is most important to keep back straight to prevent sleepiness and back strain.

Breathe in and out through the nose. Relax. Breathe in relaxation and positive energy. Breathe out tension and negative energy. Bring your awareness to your feet release all tension in your feet. Move your awareness slowly through your whole body, legs, stomach, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, head. Release the tension and relax as you breathe in and out.

Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in through your nose. As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward. Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose. Continue to breathe. As thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and bring your awareness back to your breathing.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think about nature and the earth. Feel good about the earth and the environment.

Set your intentions on increasing the positive energies of planet earth.

The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time.

Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus.

Breathe the energy out to the earth.

As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into you, and into your solar plexus.

Will the healing energy to flow into you.

As you breathe out direct the energy from your solar plexus to planet earth and all its inhabitants.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Now breathe healing energy directly into the center of the earth. Will the energy to flow into the earth.

As you breathe out think of the energy expanding from the center of the earth outward surrounding the earth in positive energy.

Continue this for a few or several minutes or as long as you like.

Alternate between these two as you feel is best.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Breathe in deeply and exhale. Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think about nature and the earth. Feel good about the earth and the environment.

Set your intentions on increasing the positive energies of planet earth.

The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time.

Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus.

Breathe the energy out to the earth.

Fibromyalgia Healing I + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Pure Binaural, Solfeggio, Crown Chakra, ASMR)

This video has powerful frequencies and energies and a meditation to heal yourself.

From a standpoint of frequencies, chakras, and places in the body, it is difficult to do a Fibromyalgia video. This is because it affects so many parts and often has other conditions that commonly go along with it. However we can still set our intentions and send healing energy to all the places that need it.

Daily breath meditation is a must. Use my breath meditation video as well:
Breath Meditation I (Anapanasati, Binaural, Isochronic, 4.5Hz, 136.1Hz OM)

Tai Chi and/or Yoga practice is highly recommended.

Long-term aquatic-based exercise has been proven beneficial as it combines cardiovascular exercise with resistance training.

Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Relax.

Breathe in deeply and exhale, Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress. Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

After you are relaxed, set your intentions on being healthy and pain free.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Alternate between these two as you feel is best.

15 Hz - Associated with Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra which governs most of the brain.

172.06 Hz - Associated with Crown (Sahasrara) Chakra which governs most of the brain. Also induces cheerfulness and clarity of spirit with cosmic unity on the highest level.

10 Hz - Releases beta endorphin (pain relief). Serotonin release and mood elevator. Clarity. Re-sync circadian rhythm. Subconscious correlation of information. Motor impulse coordination. Centering. Increased alertness and sense of well being. Adrenal stimulant. Helps with Attention Deficit Syndrome. This frequency has many attributes associated with it. I chose it because I believe it will help get the brain centers and rhythms in order and that will help with Fibromyalgia.

417 Hz - Solfeggio RE, Undoing Situations and Facilitating Change. Eliminate alienation from god and enabling a return to the right path. Cleanses traumatic experiences and clears destructive influences from the past. Remove limitations that prevent achievement of life goals. Encourages DNA to function optimally. Energize cells.
