Binaural beats are a way of quickly achieving a meditative state of consciousness. Binaural beats are generated by the brain when two different frequencies are played into each ear. The brain mixes these frequencies in the same way they would mix in the air. (When the beats mix in the air it is called a monaural beat.) This causes your brainwaves to move in sync with the binaural beats. This is known as brainwave entrainment. This helps you to enter a meditative state easier and more quickly.
When we are in a meditative state of consciousness we can tap into our healing power. The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time. When we are relaxed and able to focus our energy we can direct this prana to ourselves and others.
Brainwave entrainment occurs when we hear beats such as drums and chanting, which is probably why many cultures have used drum beats and chanting in their spiritual practices. Binaural beats are considered to be a very effective means for brainwave entrainment and getting into a meditative state.
Binaural beats, isochronic beats and, drum beats are aids in achieving a meditative state of consciousness. People have achieved this state in many ways. These aids help to achieve this state faster and easier.
To hear binaural beats properly headphones or earbuds are required. However, even without earbuds or headphones you will still hear the monaural beat and can still achieve brainwave entrainment. Also headphones and earbuds can block other sounds, helping you to focus on the meditation better.
Isochronic beats are just beats. They do not require headphones or earbuds. Many of my videos have both binaural beats and isochronic beats in them. The type of beats is included in the title of most of my videos.
Some ear problems may make it difficult and painful to wear earbuds. Headphones would better in such cases. However listening without either is fine.
Some devices may not be able to play my videos with enough volume to hear with speakers. The energy is still there and you can still do the meditation. However to be able to hear the beats you may have to use earbuds, headphones, or amplified speakers.
Most of my videos have a meditation. If there is not one you can try using one from another video and modify as needed. While many report that just listening to my videos has helped them. It is better to do the meditation. Meditation has been shown to help with healing, pain reduction, emotional control, chronic fatigue and more is being found out all the time. Some doctors are even recommending meditation as part of medical treatments.
I believe there is energy in these videos. I put energy into my videos and I believe that when people use these videos they are also putting energy into the videos.
In conclusion it is better to use headphones or earbuds, however you can still achieve the desired effect without them. If you are not getting the desired results and you are not using headphones or earbuds try using them. Also if you are not doing the meditation try doing it.
