Kidney Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation, ASMR)

Kidney Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation, ASMR)

Powerful Kidney healing energy. The Root Chakra and Sacral Chakra govern the kidneys.

The first chakra or root chakra is located at the base of the spine. You can imagine it as a red cone of energy starting at the base of the spine and going downward through the perineum (between the genitals and rectum).

The second sacral chakra is located about three inches below the navel. You can imagine it as a yellow cone of energy starting at the lumbar region of the spine and coming out of your belly a few inches below the navel.

Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Listen to the beats.

Relax.

Breathe in deeply and exhale.

Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy and your kidneys being healthy.

The healing life energy is known as Prana and is also called Chi, Qi, Ki, and various other names by various cultures throughout the world and through time.

Keep your eyes closed.

Now breathe healing energy into your Root Chakra.

As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into your Root Chakra.

Will the healing energy to flow into you.

Feel the warmth of this energy.

When you breathe out all the waste and unneeded energy flows out.

Keep breathing energy in and out of your Root Chakra.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Now breathe healing energy into your solar plexus.

As you breathe in imagine healing energy flowing into you, and into your solar plexus.

Will the healing energy to flow into you.

When you breathe the energy out direct it to your kidneys.

Feel the warmth of this energy.

See it and feel it healing your kidneys.

Keep breathing in and out energy.

Do that for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

You may increase the time on each part as you get better at directing prana.

Mindfulness of Anger + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation, ASMR)

Mindfulness of Anger + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation, ASMR)

Anger can be useful. It is tied to fear. Fear and anger help us to avoid danger. Anger is a part of life. A part to be experienced. However the way we react to anger the degree to which we engage with it and become the anger is up to us. If we react to anger by engaging with it we will bring more and more angry moments into our lives. The angry moments will be more prolonged and escalate to higher levels. If you are angry at the world you will live in an angry world.

Mindfulness of anger is stepping back and being aware of the anger.

When you feel anger try to step back from it and watch rise. Ask where it came from? As it subsides ask where does it go?

It may be difficult at first to catch the anger before you fly off the handle and engage with it. However if you keep trying you will get the hang of it.

Daily meditation will help you to remain calm and will help you to catch the anger before you engage with it.

Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy and happy.

Think about a time when you were angry.

Remember how it felt. Notice where in the body you felt it.

Show the anger compassion embrace it like a mother embracing her child.

Stay with this for a while and then move your focus to your breath at the tip of your nose.

Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath.

Breathe in through your nose.

As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward.

Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.

This is natural breathing. Just let yourself breath naturally.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose.

Continue to breathe.

As thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and bring your awareness back to your breathing.

As feelings arise note them and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.

Binaural beats and frequencies used:

10 Hz - Solar Plexus (Manipura) chakra - Strength of will. Imbalance of this chakra causes madness for power and anger.

136.1 Hz - Frequency of OM. Associated with Heart (Anahata) chakra. Opens blocked energy pathways and restores balance. Soothing, balancing, centering, light, warmth, joy. Significant tone in Indian music. Also called Sadja, or Sa. Also called the frequency of the soul. Working on this chakra helps to cultivate love, which the opposite of anger.

At Karmic Beats I provide binaural, isochronic, solfeggio frequencies, ASMR, meditations and meditation advice, free of charge to all who choose to benefit. I put my positive energies into the beats and through them out into the cosmos.

Mindfulness of Anger + WIND (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation)

Mindfulness of Anger + WIND (Binaural, Isochronic Mindfulness Meditation)

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Listen to the beats.

Breathe in deeply and exhale.

Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.
