Guided Sun Meditation + WIND (Binaural Spoken Guided Sun Meditation)

The sun. The great life giver. The sun provides the energy for all life on this planet. The sun powers every process in the solar system and on this planet. The sun powers your car (oil is an organic substance) and the sun powers you. The sun powers your cat and all other life forms.

The ancient Egyptians and many other cultures worshiped the sun. Worship is an expression of gratitude. Let us now be grateful for the life the sun provides us. Let us bask in its light and energy.

For this meditation it would be nice to be in the sun, outside or by a window. However that is not required as we will visualize ourselves bathing in the light and warmth of the sun.

Sit in a relaxed and comfortable position. Relax and close your eyes. Breathe in through your nose. If that is not possible then breath through your mouth.

Breathe naturally and focus on your breath at the tip of your nose.

The air is charged with energy. This energy is known to many cultures by many names. You may know it as prana or chi or Qi. The sun is what charges the air and our planet and our lives with this energy. Feel the energy as it moves in and out of your nose with each breath.

Keep breathing. With each breath in comes relaxation. With each breath out tension is released.

Now you are relaxed and filled with blissful healing energy.

Imagine yourself on a beach. It is a nice sunny warm day, with the Sun's warmth shining upon you.

The ocean is calm The waves are gentle. It looks and feels so peaceful. You feel safe and secure.
Take a moment to enjoy the calm and peaceful surroundings.

Watch your thoughts as they float around you. Watch these thoughts as they float away. You are relaxed and detached from these thoughts.

Look up at the sky there is a nice comfortable looking cloud up there. The cloud starts moving down toward you. It is a friendly soft and warm cloud. The cloud comes down to the ground. It invites you to sit down. You sit down in the cloud it is warm and comfortable. The cloud starts slowly rising.

Imagine yourself floating in this cloud with the sun shining on you. Feel the warmth of the Sun's healing energy. You float higher and higher, getting closer and closer to the source of this energy.

Think of all the energy you receive every second of your life from the sun.

You are becoming one with the Sun. Feel yourself connected with the Sun and the earth below. Feel yourself expanding as you merge with all there is.

You are the universe. The universe is you.

Feel the Sun shining on you. Feel the Sun shining inside of you.

Enjoy the warmth. Feel the Sun inside you warming your whole body. Your physical and spiritual bodies feel energized.

The cloud starts to gently descend. Your worries have been left behind.

As the cloud gets closer to earth you can see the scenic landscape by the ocean. It is peaceful. It is warm. It is safe.

The cloud brings you safely back to the ground. You step off of the cloud and feel tingling in your feet as the earth greats you with it's warm loving energy. You can feel the energy flowing from the sun through you and into the earth. You can feel the energy from the earth flowing through you and back up to the sun.

You enjoy the feeling of this energy flowing through you back and forth between the sun and the earth.

Taking a deep breath in and out, bring your awareness back to your body.

Slowly become aware of your breath.

When you are ready slowly open your eyes and know you are at peace.

Winter Solstice Meditation II + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Sun Meditation, ASMR)


Winter Solstice Meditation II + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Sun Meditation, ASMR)

Winter solstice is a time of rebirth and renewal. Winter solstice is a celebration of the sun and the earth.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose.

If you cannot, then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

Move your awareness to your breath at the tip of your nose.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose.

Continue to breathe.

As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few to several minutes or more if you like.

When you are ready move to the next step.

When you breathe in the abdomen should move out and then the lungs expand and then the shoulders raise.
All as one fluid motion.
This is the yogic complete breath.

Breathe with the yogic complete breath.

As you breathe in draw healing energy from the Sun down through the top of your head.
Let it flow from your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) down to your feet.
On the out breath send the energy down into the earth.
With the next breath draw the energy in through your feet.
Let it flow from your feet up to your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).
On the out breath send it up to the sun.

This is one round.

Do several rounds or more.

When you are ready move to the next step.

With a feeling of gratitude think about how the sun and earth provides for all life on earth including you.

Do this for a few to several minutes or more if you like.

You may increase the time on each part of this meditation as you get better at using your healing energy.

Winter Solstice Meditation II (Binaural, Isochronic Sun Meditation)

Winter solstice is a time of rebirth and renewal. Winter solstice is a celebration of the sun and the earth.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose.

If you cannot, then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

Move your awareness to your breath at the tip of your nose.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose.

Continue to breathe.

As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few to several minutes or more if you like.

When you are ready move to the next step.

When you breathe in the abdomen should move out and then the lungs expand and then the shoulders raise.
All as one fluid motion.
This is the yogic complete breath.

Breathe with the yogic complete breath.

As you breathe in draw healing energy from the Sun down through the top of your head.
Let it flow from your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara) down to your feet.
On the out breath send the energy down into the earth.
With the next breath draw the energy in through your feet.
Let it flow from your feet up to your Crown Chakra (Sahasrara).
On the out breath send it up to the sun.

This is one round.

Do several rounds or more.

When you are ready move to the next step.

With a feeling of gratitude think about how the sun and earth provides for all life on earth including you.

Bladder Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Meditation for the bladder, ASMR)


Bladder Healing + PLASTIC CRINKLE (Binaural, Isochronic Meditation for the bladder, ASMR)

Healing energy and meditation to heal the bladder.

Educate yourself on nutrition.
Certain foods and beverages might irritate your bladder, including:
Coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, alcohol.
Certain acidic fruits; oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes and fruit juices.
Spicy foods, Tomato-based products and chocolate.

Educate yourself about Mula Bandha and Kegel exercises (men can do kegals too). Mula Bandha and Kegal exercises are similar and sometimes the same processes for Kegals is given as Mula Bandha. The actual Mula Bandha exercise is different and more precise. Be sure to do some research.

When eating be in a calm and relaxed state. Meditate before eating.
Chew your food slowly until it is a fine paste in your mouth.

When using the restroom be in a relaxed state. Use the opportunity to meditate.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Inhale gently through the nose.

Let the abdomen expand as you inhale and then exhale deeply all the way from the abdomen.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy.

Also, set your intentions on having proper assimilation of nutrients and proper elimination of wastes.

All of your organs, muscles and cells have minds of their own.

Think about the cells of your body.

Command the cells of your body to properly assimilate nutrients and properly eliminate wastes and to absorb lots of pranic (chi) energy.

Tell the cells that they must function properly.

Tell your bladder that it must heal and function properly.

Tap your belly and command the bladder to heal and function properly.

Stay focused on your cells and bladder for a while and imagine them functioning optimally and efficiently.

When you are ready move to the next step.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

Then Visualize a hollow 1 cm tube just in front of your spine, going from your perineum to the crown of your head.

Visualize two other tubes on either side of the first, that go from the nostrils up to the center of your forehead then alongside the main tube until they connect to the main tube just below the navel.

As you breathe in visualize and feel the energy coming in through your nostrils and down the two side tubes and into the junction where the three tubes meet. In that junction visualize a small glowing white ball of energy. It is very hot. As the air flows in, it makes the energy ball sizzle and hotter, like bellows fanning a furnace. See the ball glowing; feel the heat; hear the sizzle.

Breathe in deeply and then hold your breath as long as you can. Continue the visualization. Keep seeing hearing and feeling the energy.

When you release your breath send the prana (chi) energy up the middle tube and out through your crown. You may feel some hair tingles.

Do several rounds of this (Inner Fire meditation) or more.

You may increase the time on each part of this meditation as you get better at using your healing energy.

9.0 Hz - Associated with Sacral (Svadhisthana, 2nd) Chakra which which governs the large intestines and bladder.

In that junction visualize a small glowing white ball of energy. It is very hot. As the air flows in, it makes the energy ball sizzle and hotter, like bellows fanning a furnace. See the ball glowing; feel the heat; hear the sizzle.

Breathe in deeply and then hold your breath as long as you can. Continue the visualization. Keep seeing hearing and feeling the energy.

When you release your breath send the prana (chi) energy up the middle tube and out through your crown. You may feel some hair tingles.

Do several rounds of this (Inner Fire meditation) or more.

Bladder Healing (Binaural, Isochronic Meditation for the bladder)

Healing energy and meditation to heal the bladder.

Educate yourself on nutrition.
Certain foods and beverages might irritate your bladder, including:
Coffee, tea, carbonated drinks, alcohol.
Certain acidic fruits; oranges, grapefruits, lemons and limes and fruit juices.
Spicy foods, Tomato-based products and chocolate.

Educate yourself about Mula Bandha and Kegel exercises (men can do kegals too). Mula Bandha and Kegal exercises are similar and sometimes the same processes for Kegals is given as Mula Bandha. The actual Mula Bandha exercise is different and more precise. Be sure to do some research.

When eating be in a calm and relaxed state. Meditate before eating.
Chew your food slowly until it is a fine paste in your mouth.

When using the restroom be in a relaxed state. Use the opportunity to meditate.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Inhale gently through the nose.

Let the abdomen expand as you inhale and then exhale deeply all the way from the abdomen.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy.

Also, set your intentions on having proper assimilation of nutrients and proper elimination of wastes.

All of your organs, muscles and cells have minds of their own.

Think about the cells of your body.

Command the cells of your body to properly assimilate nutrients and properly eliminate wastes and to absorb lots of pranic (chi) energy.

Tell the cells that they must function properly.

Tell your bladder that it must heal and function properly.

Tap your belly and command the bladder to heal and function properly.

Stay focused on your cells and bladder for a while and imagine them functioning optimally and efficiently.

When you are ready move to the next step.

Breathe in and out through the nose.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose. Continue to breathe.

As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few to several minutes or more if you like.

When you are ready move to the next step.

INNER FIRE

Visualize yourself as hollow, with skin glowing white. Take a few moments to strongly establish this visualization.

Then Visualize a hollow 1 cm tube just in front of your spine, going from your perineum to the crown of your head.

Visualize two other tubes on either side of the first, that go from the nostrils up to the center of your forehead then alongside the main tube until they connect to the main tube just below the navel.

As you breathe in visualize and feel the energy coming in through your nostrils and down the two side tubes and into the junction where the three tubes meet. Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

When you breathe in the abdomen should move out and then the lungs expand and then the shoulders raise. All as one fluid motion. This is the yogic complete breath.
