Connecting with Spirit Guides & Guardian Angels (Meet your spirit guides)

Connecting with Spirit Guides & Guardian Angels (Meet your spirit guides)

This video has powerful energies, frequencies, binaural beats and a meditation for connecting with your spirit guides, guardian angels or whatever you have.

When connecting with your spirit guides it is important to be grateful for their help, and to be in a state of acceptance.

Spirit guides work in our everyday lives. There may or may not be a big revelation at the time you connect with them.

We are always connected with them and this meditation will strengthen that connection.

With a strong connection we can work better with our spirit guides in everyday life.

You can connect with your spirit guides anytime, however All Hallows' Eve (Halloween) is considered to be a time when the veil between the spirit world and our world is thinner and it is easier to connect.

Use a quite place. Sit in a comfortable position.

Close your eyes.

Relax.

It is best to breathe in and out through your nose. If you cannot then breathe through your mouth.

Breathe in positive energy. Breathe out the tension.

Listen to the beats.

Relax.

Breathe in deeply and exhale. Breathe in relaxation and breathe out stress.

Keep breathing and relaxing.

Do this for a while until you are fully relaxed.

Bring your awareness to your breath at the tip of your nose.

As thoughts arise just move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a while as you relax even more.

Feel gratitude toward your spirit guides.

Set your intentions on connecting with your spirit guides.

Feel their presence.

Visualize them in front of you.

Feel the connection.

If you have trouble visualizing you can still feel your spirit guides' presence.

Feel their presence and the connection you have with them.

You may ask a few questions. Ask just a few important ones and then just sit and enjoy their presence.

Continue to sit with your spirit guides for as long as you wish.

Be sure to thank them for the visit and politely end the session by saying good bye.

NOTE: Binaural and Isochronic beats are best listened to with earbuds or headphones. Adjust the volume to a level that is comfortable for you.

BEWARE of bad equipment. Binaural and isochronic beats may not even be audible with laptop speakers. Some systems have poor audio that introduces popping and other audio artifacts. It is best to use a decent pair of headphones or earbuds.
