Releasing Fear + WIND (Pure Binaural, Cleanse Overthinking, Worries & Negative Energy)

There is unhealthy fear and healthy fear. When we are afraid of something that cannot actually harm us, or something we can do nothing to avoid, such as, old age, being struck down with a disease or being run over by a car, then our fear is unhealthy. Such fear only serves to make us unhappy, filled with anxiety and dread and paralyze our thinking and will.

Healthy fear is real and there are steps we can take to avoid it. If a person gives up smoking or improves their lifestyle because they are afraid of cancer and other ailments of bad lifestyle, this is a healthy fear.

When we dwell upon fear we are aligning ourselves with that fear and by the law of attraction will attract that which we are afraid of.

Stay away from negative music, tv shows and movies. What you fill your head with influences how you think. Watch a comedy instead of an action movie with all its violence.

When you wake up make sure your first thoughts are positive such as:
I am having a good day.
I release my fears.
I rise above negativity.
I love myself and everyone else.

Love is the opposite of fear. Embrace love to move away from fear.

Fear is an internal experience. It is a response to the current situation or some imagined future or past. We should be skeptical of fear. It is not the truth. If we engage with fear it will lead us down the path of bad thinking and action. We must learn to step back from fear and just watch it arise and fall.

When you find yourself feeling anxiety, fear or anger, take a deep breath through the nose and bring your attention to your breath at the tip of the nose. Then observe the fear as it arises. Notice where you feel it. Ask your self where it came from? As the fear subsides just watch it go away and ask where it goes?

You can use the same technique when negative thoughts arise.

You must be in control of your thoughts, feelings, emotions, energy and physical body to not have fear. When fear arises we can choose whether to engage it or not.

The following mindfuleness breath meditation will help you to obtain the control needed to remain calm and step back when fear arises.

Daily chakra balancing is also recomended.


Think of your body.

Tell your body to be healthy.

Set your intentions on being healthy.

Use a quite place.

Sit in a comfortable position.

Sitting is preferred rather than lying. Lying down is OK however one is more likely to fall asleep. It is most important to keep the back straight to prevent sleepiness and back strain.

Breathe in and out through the nose. Relax. Breathe in relaxation and positive energy. Breathe out tension and negative energy. Bring your awareness to your feet release all tension in your feet. Move your awareness slowly through your whole body, legs, stomach, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, head. Release the tension and relax as you breathe in and out.

Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in through your nose. As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward. Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.

Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose. Continue to breathe. As thoughts come into your mind acknowledge them and bring your awareness back to your breathing.

As feelings arise note them and move your awareness back to your breathing.

Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
