I had many requests to do a video for eye color change and for skin lightening.
In the case of skin lightening there are conditions that can make the skin color uneven. However, I was still hesitant to do these for a couple of reasons. The issue of vanity, and I was not sure it would work as well as my healing videos do.
I know that chi energy (also called prana and other names) can heal anything.
Meditation helps us to direct this energy. Studies on meditation have shown that it can have a profound and positive effect on our health.
Our body has healing abilities. Chi energy directed by our minds can help our healing abilities to work at their best level. I felt that it might not be as easy to change something that the body does not normally change. However I realized that a field known as epigenetics might be the answer to how it could be done. Epigenetics has to do with how the genes are expressed. I also believe there can be miracles that we can bring about through meditation and directing the chi energy.
I was also concerned about the issue of vanity. Should I do something to help people change their eye and skin color? Or should I be helping them to be more comfortable with the way they are? The image you have of yourself influences others in their image of you. How you see yourself has an effect on how others see you. So changing your self image can change the image others have of you.
I realized that doing the meditations could help people to change the color of their eyes and skin. I also realized that the meditations could help them to accept themselves the way they are. In other words they could either get the change they wanted or they could learn to accept the color they have and that would in turn project a more positive image to others.
Since the meditation can work either way and I had many requests and at least one person who was very persistent in their requests. I decided to do the skin and eye color change videos.

As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label and move your awareness back to your breathing.
Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
When you are ready, move to the next step.
Now think of your body. Tell your body to be healthy.
Set your intentions on being healthy.
Also, set your intentions on having proper assimilation of nutrients and proper elimination of wastes.
Think about your skin.
Visualize your skin the way you would like it to look.

Place your left hand on your knee. Palm up, with middle finger and thumb lightly touching.
With your right hand, place your index (pointer) finger and middle finger between your eyebrows.
The thumb and ring finger should be on each nostril.
Close your right nostril with your right thumb. Inhale through the left nostril slowly and steadily.
See and feel the Chi (prana) energy flowing into your left nostril and up to the right side of your brain.
Close the left nostril with your ring finger so both nostrils are held closed.
Retain your breath for a brief pause.
Open your right nostril and release the breath slowly through the right side.
See and feel the chi energy flowing from the right side of your brain through the left side of your brain and down through your right nostril.
Close right nostril so both nostrils are closed and retain your breath briefly.
Open your right nostril and inhale slowly.
See and feel the chi energy flowing into your right nostril and up to the left side of your brain.
Close right nostril so both nostrils are closed and retain your breath briefly.
Open the left nostril and exhale breath slowly.
See and feel the chi energy flowing from the left side of your brain through the right side of your brain and down through your left nostril.
Close the left nostril so both nostrils are held closed and retain your breath briefly.
That is one round.
Do at least ten rounds. More if you like.
You may increase the time on each part of this meditation as you get better at using your healing energy.
An hour of this a day would help your focus, awareness and control tremendously.

Breathe in and out through the nose. Relax. Breathe in relaxation and positive energy. Breathe out tension and negative energy. Bring your awareness to your feet release all tension in your feet. Move your awareness slowly through your whole body, legs, stomach, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, head. Release the tension and relax as you breathe in and out.
Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in through your nose. As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward. Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.
Keep your awareness on your breath at the tip of your nose. Continue to breathe.
As thoughts or feelings arise, just think that is a thought or that is a sensation. Do not think of it as good or bad or get upset. Just give the thought, feeling, sensation or even outside distraction a neutral label and move your awareness back to your breathing.
Do this for a few or several minutes. Or as long as you like.
Place your left hand on your knee. Palm up, with middle finger and thumb lightly touching.

Move your awareness slowly through your whole body, legs, stomach, back, arms, hands, shoulders, neck, face, head. Release the tension and relax as you breathe in and out.

Breathe from the area below the navel. Bring your attention to your breath. Breathe in through your nose. As you breathe in the area below your navel, front, back and sides should expand outward. Breathe out. As you breathe out, the area below the navel contracts inward.
