Once again I am the victim of a false copyright claim on one of my videos. This time by a company called Dance All Day.
They are falsely claiming copyright on the following video:
Back Pain & Headaches (Binaural & Isochronic beats. Delta 0.5 & 2.5Hz, Solfeggio 528Hz, OM 136.1Hz)
I am the sole creator of this video and no other work was used. I created the binaural and isochronic beats with Gnaural.
The audio consists of:
Isochronic beat - 0.5Hz beat. 528Hz base.
Binaural beat - 0.5Hz beat. 136.1Hz base.
Binaural beat - 2.5Hz beat. 136.1Hz base.
Isochronic beat - 0.5Hz beat. 136.1Hz base.
What are they going to do next claim copyright on drum beats? How about bird songs?
If companies like Dance All Day and Rumblefish are allowed to continue making false copyright claims, it will put content creators like me out of business. No more free binaural beats, fractal art wallpaper, no more kids practicing in their garage and posting their music online with a chance of fame and fortune.
If everyone wants cool free stuff like my videos and other cool online content, they need to support those of us who create it. This is the second false claim of copyright has been made against my content. The name of the company is Dance All Day. Please everyone let YouTube advertisers who let Dance All Day run their ads know that they are supporting the theft of intellectual property from individuals like me by big corporations.
They have done this to me before as I reported in an earlier post:
Bird Songs are not enough. Is Rumblefish claiming copyright on 8Hz Binaural and Isochronic beats?
I am glad I won that time. However fear still lingers that I will be shut down by some large corporation if I get to popular or they just want to be mean to me.
UPDATE: Dance All Day did the right thing and released their false claim
Dance All Day has done the right thing and released their false claim. However the same is not true for Time S.p.A Armada Music
UPDATE: Time S.p.A Armada Music false copyright claim has now become abusive and fraudulent
Time S.p.A Armada Music after initially rescinding their false copyright claim has secretly reinstated their false and now fraudulent claim.
The original claim was filed by Time S.p.A and Armada Music. .It has been reinstated by Time S.p.A.
I was wrong in my assertion that Armada music has no email. In my haste I overlooked it. They do have a contact page at their website and their own YouTube channel.
They are claiming copyright on material they do not own and as I have said so many times before steady binaural and isochronic beats are no more copyrightable than a drum beat or bird songs.
In my opinion this makes Time S.p.A Armada Music false claim a criminally fraudulent claim!
